What began as two developers fixing performance issues in a Tainan coffee shop has grown into Taiwan's most trusted mobile optimization specialists. But we still approach every project with that same hands-on mentality.

How We Actually Got Here

The real story behind our obsession with app performance

Back in 2018, Erik was debugging a payment app that kept crashing during checkout. Users were abandoning purchases, the client was losing money, and everyone was frustrated. That's when Dimitri joined the project — he had this methodical approach to finding bottlenecks that just made sense.

We realized something: most development teams build apps that work fine in testing but fall apart under real-world conditions. Network hiccups, older devices, background processes — the stuff that actually matters gets ignored until it's too late.

2018-2020

Started with emergency fixes for apps that were already live and struggling. Learned to diagnose problems quickly and implement solutions that actually stick. Built our reputation one rescued app at a time.

2021-2023

Companies started coming to us before launching. We developed our preventive optimization process — catching performance issues during development instead of after user complaints started rolling in.

2024-2025

Now we work with businesses across Taiwan and beyond. Our team has grown, but every project still gets the same detailed attention we gave to that first payment app back in the coffee shop.
